Quality means continuous development
We keep developing our quality assurance. Existing QM measures are checked again in internal audits.
The basis is an online quality management system. How it works together with warehousing and logistics partners is shown in the services overview.
Checks at our suppliers
- We check our suppliers' certifications and question day-to-day practice.
- We expect industrial-standard production and logistics processes.
- We inspect manufacturing processes on site in the producing countries and compare the results with the Bergfeld mission statement.
